And may I have a drumroll please… yes folks, this is one cruddy way to get around proper reporting, just as I might have suspected. JeffCo jail has him listed as white, just like they did with Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza (the guy who keeps getting deported, but keeps coming back and driving a semi without a CDL. He finally killed a man and got less than a year in jail - currently serving that time).
