IMO everyone should stop purchasing any big name brand toothpaste like Crest or Colgate. First they contain fluoride. They also have a list of multiple ingredients of unheard of substances. Go to a health food store and purchase a toothpaste that has no fluoride and simple ingredients, or make your own toothpaste. I stopped using Crest several years ago and any toothpaste with fluoride. My gum sensitivity disappeared and my overall gum health improved. 😇

Yes! I switched to David’s toothpaste and I use bamboo toothbrushes. Why do we need dyed rubber and plastic bristles. I get them both on Amazon. You can find healthy mouthwash as well. Let’s put those woke companies out of business.
