Turmeric vs human parasites under the microscope
Did you know that turmeric has powerful anti-parasitic, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties?
It not only fights parasites but also helps reduce inflammation they cause in the body
A lot of people people think that they can put turmeric in their water and drink it down, and you can but unfortunately your body is not going to get what you think it is, because turmeric is a fat soluble, that means it's best to take it with any type of fat.
It could be olive oil, avocados, or even taking it with your meal, you can take it with a little bit of black pepper called piperine, it enhances absorption, helping your body make the most of turmeric's powerful benefits.

I eat lots of avocados that I sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and garlic and turmeric powder. They go together quite well.
And add turmeric to everything 'savory' I generally eat
