They dumped a virus on a town in Pennsylvania, and did similar things in other states, they released ticks in vials from helicopters, according to eyewitnesses, they used people from other countries as lab rats and possibly one of the worst was the Tuskegee Experiment.
Of course, let us not forget Fauci who did the possibly the cruelest experiments, on AIDS babies, beagle puppies and monkeys.
That's just to name a few.
And then, you have the "accidents" when biolabs have reported that they accidently leaked dangerous microbes.
