We're not evacuating. Really don't have anywhere to go. Plus I have to work until Wednesday, gee thanks for helping out there Rooms To Go. Life of a trucker. Please pray. He's right, the expected storms surge is supposed to be massive. We're not in a flood zone, but 1 mile from the bay. Worried mostly about the winds because we have 13 grandfather oaks on the property covering all of the buildings. Thanks for the prayers everyone. Will try and post if we still have electricity

People who have the means should get the F out beforehand. What many don't realize it the worst part of a hurricane for most is the aftermath. You may not be at ground zero where it hits and causes the worst destruction, but everyone in the swath is going to lose power for at least a week, likely more. It is a miserable existence living in the immediate aftermath of a 'cane.
