Can anyone help me find a way to combat thyroid problems or know natural remedies? Would greatly appreciate any advice! Thank you!

Search Dr. Berg videos on YouTube. There is a lot of great information out there for alternative ways to help the thyroid.
The thyroid is a complicated part of the entire endocrine system and they all work synergistically. Gall bladder, liver, intestines, adrenals all play important roles. Keep searching for 'alternative thyroid treatments'. Read a lot.
Have you been tested? Do you have Hashimoto's (autoimmune), or low thyroid function?
First and foremost, stop eating all forms of gluten. I have low thyroid and that part nearly did me in as I love breads/pastas. Dr. Berg suggests a KETO diet with intermitent fasting. He's got a number of videos, many of thyroid health. I also just found out I have low iodine levels which can make a difference as well.
Good luck. Do your research. I can tell you what works for me after you read up on the issue.

Thanks for your input. This is for my wife who has hypothyroidism. I’m just looking for alternatives instead of pharmaceuticals.

Weird. Your replies just showed up today.
There is a lot that can be done. I was on Synthroid then Levothyroxin for quite a while until my endocrinilogist treated me like crap after 13 years.
Probably the best thing to happen, really. It got me doing research. I also signed up last year for an on-line seminar with alternative and integrative doctors that just happened to show up in my feed. It was very informative.
P.S. I am reading replies from the oldest so I've not read your other reply yet.

Sorry. I thought there was another reply from you. Wrong person.
FYI: I take
zince/copper
selenium (I believe can also get from brazil nuts)
Liposomal Vitamin C
Liposomal B-Complex
Vitamin D
L-Tyrosine
Ashwaganda (Ayurvedic Herb helps with thyroid and is an adaptogen)
Guggul (Ayurvedic herb recommended for thyroid support)
I recently found out I am deficient in iodine so have added 200-325 mcg from sea kelp
I believe I mentioned the health of the gut is important as well as the liver and gall bladder.
They thyroid needs T3, converted from T4, which is done in the liver.
Also, the health of the adrenals affect thyroid health. (I am still working on that)
You can also get "Next to Nature, Inc" brand of desiccated bovine thyroid. Some say porcine is most like human, but I've not seen any OTC.
I believe I mentioned stop eating gluten. It mimics something the thyroid sees as an invader and therefore attacks it. I only found this out one year ago.
