Wow, that Boron works GREAT! Last night was first full night of sleep without any leg cramps and no way to explain it, but my legs feel like they are shoring up. Not sure exactly if I have the right term or how to explain it any better, but I feel like my lower legs are fuller and not thinner )if this makes sense) and the little pains or twitches during the day are gone too!

So if you have Diabetes, get some Boron. If you have leg cramps that are getting dramatically worse, get Boron.

I am just super amazed and so EVER GRATEFUL and THANKFUL to be in less pain!!!

I just had to share this this morning. I am thrilled with my little miracle!!!

Thank You God!!! I woke up and Thanked him so many times!!! 💛

Everyone needs boron because [they] depleted it from soil. We used to get it naturally but now must supplement. It’s a requirement for a healthy body. Many take 20 Mule Team Borax drinking it instead of pills. The box tries to scare you with warnings. That’s because [they] can’t have you learning how good it is for you.

We all need more magnesium too.

Magnesium I am taking two types now!

But again, I must also state that people need to look in their foods.

One staple that helped me for the past 5-6 years were the 30g protein shakes. I did the premiere ones, they tastes the best.

However, I was still crashing my levels somehow in my body and having severe leg cramps, which lately they had gotten so bad it was getting every night and so severe I had to get out of bed and stand up. I also had my Achilles heel start hurting and it would get better and then start hurting again. Online all I could find was exercise and rest, both of which I tried for a while without much results.

Then I looked at the Protein drinks and noticed Phosphorous.

Phosphorus is in many drinks and Colas Depletes the Magnesium.

Boron in 3 days has helped immensely!💛

Magnesium Malate and Magnesium Threonate are dailies for me for many years. I won’t drink protein shakes or anything like that.

The protein shakes were to help with the extra protein and diabetes.

I got into the fasting (up to 20-22 hours I think at the most) and the protein shakes helped with the extreme huger and the sugar levels to keep low.

I even used to take them hiking to recoup on the trail from weakness. And they work well!

I can't eat after 4:30pm or my sugar levels climb. Many foods cause high sugar levels and weight gain.

Diabetes is a pain and it has been a long journey trying to figure out how to balance everything. The protein shakes helped, but now are causing harm with the phosphorous, which depletes my Magnesium, even having supplements, the leg cramps got so bad I was limping when I walked.

Working on balancing, and yet also leveling out what my body needs. My Doc and local area don't help with anything. So it has been a learn as I go! Being diabetic, there are some things I can do and some I can't, same with what I ingest.

My husband was diagnosed with diabetes 15 years ago so we did everything they told him to do. They put him on metformin and on a list of diabetics. They said if your blood work stays with a certain range he could get off metformin. But they never followed those guidelines and told him he would always be diabetic. Because of this and bad reactions to the prescribed drugs he gradually lowered the doses to nothing. He has been free of the drugs and the doctors for 10 years. I’m not saying your case is like his, just that it is better to be on your own learning what is good and not good for you. Doctors are the 3rd leading cause of death and have been for many years. While I appreciate that, I completely went blind about 6 years ago. Diabetic detached retnas in both eyes.. Took every ounce of me to get them to do the surgery in my rural area without any type of insurance, but I did get the surgeries, but unfortunately they said if I did not stay on the medicine, they would not do any further work. So at this point, as I need cataract surgeries, I have to follow their protocols. And I can hope for the med beds and that I won't go blind! Not looking for sympathy here, it is what it is. And I also have macular degeneration as well as nueropathy in both eyes. 😕
