I was a Disney kid, too, growing up in the 60s & 70s.

I am willing to believe it, but I am not yet convinced "Uncle Walt" was an evil person for two main reasons.

1) Disney movies were SO squeaky clean and wholesome while he was alive, it's hard to believe THAT fare was put out by someone evil. (After Disney died, the wholesome stuff wasn't doing well at the box office, so they started Touchstone for more PG-oriented material.)

2) There is a very powerful group that has run the movie business since its inception that was very angered by Walt's refusal to share his company's profits with Them and align with Them. Like Henry Ford, he spoke out against Them and was forever branded a "Nazi," "anti-semite" and the usual, reputation-destroying terms. I agree with you Kat when the truth comes out the matrix will crumble. I believe it is something they placed in our minds. We keep it together but when the truth is revealed it will crumble and the real evil that lies beneath will be exposed. Then yes, the places people adored and honored will be destroyed as people vent their fury and disgust. Some of those people will be out of control. It will hit them like a ton of bricks and they won't have had time like we have had to learn it piece by piece. I believe a good portion of these people subconsciously know something terrible lies underneath their fragile belief of the world and they do not have the courage to look.
