This is not actually accurate. Highly organized networks are involved and many of the individuals responsible for the situations in those countries are still walking around "leading." Read Confessions of an Economic Hitman, the book has been out there for years. Slandering and character assassinating the victims of rogue and corrupt governments, intel agencies, corporations, and NGOs does not solve the situation.
