Yes! I have really gotten into making my own seed crackers, with water or sesame seed paste as binder, with plenty of spices. Pumpkin seeds are tops for hitting those parasites.
At the price of crackers, organic, or otherwise going for Ritz Crackers, banned in many countries, buying the organic seeds favorably compare and give way more nutrition.
You can throw in chia, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, whatever you have, and a bit of honey and raisins, ummm.

I'm going for this one, and halving the recipe. Will begin the crackers in five days, because the lentils must go through the sprouting process that long. Don't have a food processor, DO use Vitamix somewhat for that; DO have dehydrator, so will take more than a day to "cook."
