I wonder where my shingles came from.
I have not taken any jabs ever
I have had shingles since 1989
They never go away
and yes they can effect both sides of the body at once.
And, yes they can stay dormant in the body until they come decide to breakout.
Leaving the medical industry clueless on how to treat something they can't see.
