I followed Dirtroad Discussions on Telegram too. I do the pencil size eraser once a week. But when I started or when I need a detox boost / feel like I’m getting sick I do it for a full week.

ya I guess it depends on your build up how bad it is. some feel flu symptoms or fever. I had a runny nose maybe a little headache and just felt off. Just reacting to the toxins as the parasites die.
On Dirt Road Discussions in telegram there is a menu where you can listen to past shows under the “audio” tab. and pdf documents for various topics under “files”
I went with the paste becasue I couldn’t find a legit doctor in California.
