I like that neighbors are mentioned. We have new people moving in and organizing social groups. I have nothing against socializing, but it is election season and with so many people serving as purveyors of information everywhere, it seems wise to be wary of fast friendships, especially when alcohol and other inducements to talk are on the menu.
