Every morning I drink Lemon, ginger, honey and cayenne pepper, I also take zinc,Quercitin, vitamin C, D3, seamoss,elderberry, black seed oil and fulvic acid. Have not been sick in years, but I don't go to Drs. I treat myself all naturally. I forgot I also put zeolite in my drink every morning for a heavy metal detox..
