Kanye West didn't get Backstreet Boys' permission to use their hit Everybody on new track... even though it's the lead song on Ty Dolla Sign collaborative album..
West, 46, never secured permission to use an extensive sample and interpolation of Everybody (Backstreet's Back), though it's unclear if he didn't ask for permission or was denied.
