How is it that tooth aches usually always happen on Holidays when there is no way in the world for a dentist appt.

You could try clove oil or medicinal turpentine. I use turpentine on anything 😆 cuts, muscle sprains, blisters...it kills the pain asap and promotes QUICK healing.
