Yes very familiar with Dr B. He is in the Houston tx area...its costly as well though. Texas medical board been trying to shut him down and steal his work...for years. he has some good attnys and explains why his treatments are so expensive. There is also a Dr named Dr Black..not sure if he is still in practice or even alive..this was 30 yrs ago..but he did laser surgery on brain tumors and was very successful. Think he was in CA. I am sure someone has followed in his foot steps.
