Go to Build number: Hit this selection many times until tells you that developer mode has been attained
Go to System again
Go to Advanced
Go to Developer Options
Find Show Bluetooth devices without names. Set it to on.

Click on the radar icon located near the top and right on the app.

This is true, I have tested it many times and wonder why this isn't discussed more. What is the purpose? What is the end game? I've even tested it in an empty cemetery and there are still Bluetooth signals, but in my house, no signals unless someone vaccinated comes to visit.
