Looking back at my life I see this so clearly.
Every choice, each twist and turn, up and down, every victory, defeat, bump, bruise and scar...all have brought me here, with an awakened heart and mind, to this very moment in time. 🙏🏼

I think over my life and all the in my face coincidences that brought me here today. I was always a deep thinker my aunts called me an old soul when I was very young. I think there may be some truths that we are breaking generational spells.
