Our children have NOT been taught spirituality, small business, how to buy a house, or how to manage a household.
My 19 year old son asked how to mail a letter at the post office. Around the same time he announced he got a student teaching position in economics because he had made chancellors list.
I did teach him small business, spiritulaity, how to buy real estate, and manage a household. I just forgot the mail portion.
His friends are clueless about everything. They work for me on occasion.

Totaliy relate to this with my 4 daughters - eldest 22, twins just turned 20, youngest almost 16 - they have been taught these things and most of their peers have not.
