These kind of rates are not sustainable. I'm not saying never do it (because I do too), but rest is necessary too. Clown world makes it easy to exhaust yourself.
I've worked sustained 12 hour days for two weeks and was from what I've heard visibly irritated at the end. Vacation followed almost immediately afterwards. Years ago, it was a combination of work + martial arts, those were like 14 hour days 5 days a week. Burned out physically and had problems falling asleep. Took me +6 months to recover.
It's marathon, not a sprint
