Here's an article on the Schumann Resonance, it can explain it a lot better than I can LOL! Basically the earth has a vibrational frequency, and humans do too. The frequency of 7.83 is the ideal frequency for the earth, and for the human body. When the frequency of the earth is 7.83, everything is calm, and happy.
