Why do these articles never give protocol dosages??? Info disclosure would be nice. Partial truths are frustrating. Dosages please!

There are various protocols out there. Despite the obfuscation, here's the summarized collection of my interpretation from established protocols from various sources:
Ivermectin (pills) - .6mg+ per 2.2lbs body weight. Daily until cancer/tumor completely disappears. (Covid based protocol)
OR
Ivermectin (paste) - body weight divided by 50. This tells you how many notches on the syringe plunger. If you are in between, always round up. Overdosing is difficult. So be generous.
Fenbendazole (basic): 222mg per day, everyday (minimum) until cancer/tumor disappears.
Fenbendazole (optimal): bodyweight x 2.2mg equals dose per day until cancer is gone.
Plus, vit c, vit e, cbd, quercetin, nac, etc.
