TRUTH is in the Heart
Understand Schumann Resonances & Connection to our Brain 👇

💥 In this world, we live by REACTion & we may not be able to leave this state for the rest of the day, because the moment one issue is resolved, a new one takes its place. This reactivity is what we need to survive, yet at the same time, never winding down can SET us up to be hyper-reactive! Ginger is one of the most important tools for giving ourselves respite from a reactive state. When you’ve been reacting to outside stimulus, you finally start to check out mentally and emotionally, the physical body often stays reactive, in a heightened, spasmodic state. Chronic pain can get kicked up. Ginger is the ultimate antispasmodic. A cup of ginger tea can calm an upset stomach & relax other areas of tension for 12 hours. Rather than acting as a nerve tonic, it acts as a tonic for the organs and muscles, telling the body that it can LET GO, that EVERYTHING is under control.

If you have any of the following conditions, try bringing ginger into your life: pancreatitis, gallstones, adrenal fatigue, spastic colon, sleep apnea, spastic bladder, insomnia, laryngitis, common colds, influenza, hiatal hernia, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)/mononucleosis, migraines, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), thyroid disease, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), HHV-6, eczema, psoriasis, anxiety, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), radiation exposure, all types of cancer (especially thyroid cancer and pancreatic cancer), celiac disease, chronic sinusitis, ear infections, fungal infections, hiatal hernia, human papilloma virus (HPV), insomnia, lymphedema, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis, & shingles! Great Emotional Support - When you are silenced, holding in your true sentiments can make you feel locked up & stifled, even put you into muscle spasms, it’s important to release that tension & nibbles of ginger performs the job beautifully.

That's amazing, I wish there were more people like you instead of doctors that pump you full of poison.

I believe most ailments are due to a lack of vitamins and minerals.

I've been studying alternative treatments for a long time myself.

Do you deal with vitamin B17?

I know vitamin B17 is in most seeds and apricot seeds have some of the highest amounts of it. When I eat apples I eat the whole core.
Now you know why they've made almost every fruit and vegetable seedless, is not for our benefit.

James ... apple seeds contain a plant compound called amygdalin, which can have a toxic effect. Amygdalin is a part of the seeds’ chemical defenses. It is harmless when a seed is intact, but when a seed is chewed or otherwise damaged, the amygdalin degrades into hydrogen cyanide. This is very poisonous and even lethal in high doses. Amygdalin exists in relatively high amounts in the seeds of fruits in the Rosaceae family, which includes apples, almonds, apricots, peaches, and cherries.

Eating a few apple seeds is safe. However, eating or drinking large quantities of ground or crushed seeds could be fatal. Apple seeds have the potential to release 0.6 mg of hydrogen cyanide per gram. This means that a person would have to eat 83 to 500 apple seeds to develop acute cyanide poisoning.
