What do General Vlasov's ROA flag and the current Czech flag have in common?

It symbolizes the "tear apart" of the nation, setting people against each other, dividing people into good and bad, better and worse, etc. The flag with a wedge also refers in outline to the "M" symbol of the ritual Masonic apron.
