& needs to be enforced as binding,'
It's an incredible way to show SCOTUS & America
that people are waking up to a way
they can get personally involved.

I don’t know if SCOTUS works like Congress, but any form filled letters are not given the same weight by staffers as those totally handwritten. If you can at least manually sign and add a small note to the form doc, that can help.
