Interesting VK tweet.
Seems 1929 was a big year for demolition.

"The original Waldorf Hotel was built at 33rd Street and Fifth Avenue in 1893 by William Waldorf Astor. Four years later, John Jacob Astor IV, William’s cousin and familial rival, built an even taller hotel next door in an act of one-upmanship. The cousins finally agreed to a truce and the two buildings were connected through a 300 foot marble corridor known as Peacock Alley. The Waldorf-Astoria was born."

(33rd st - 33° Masons?)

Astor was killed on the Titanic/Olympia in 1912, because he refused to take part in the upcoming fiscal maneuvers, that would usher in the Fed (1913), and the cabals strangle hold on the world... The hotel was demolished as a way of removing his legacy, and replacing it with theirs, as they had done throughout human history

Construction of the Empire State Building was funded by John J. Raskob a self made mogul and Al Smith a former Democratic governor of New York.

Announced 08/29/1929
