I wrote this pre-Q movement.
Thought I'd share with ya, fren.

Went to my ma for supper
band-aids and little hugs
went to my pa for punish
questions and little shrugs
went to my sister for attention
with spiders, snakes and bugs
went to the moon for wonder
went to the stars for love

Went to the road for beauty
and times when push comes to shove
traveled the world to discover
the somethings I knew nothing of
went in the clouds a little too much
with girls I was dreamin' of
under the weeping willow
went to the stars for love

Went through the dark and into the light
both waited for me to come
I once was lost but now I see
clearly what I had become
went to my room for sorry
prayed to the man above
went into my self for reflection
went to the Lord for Love.
