I am being HONEST about everything that is why you experience shifts all day and back and forth, it is going with the eb and flow and the more I process, the better I innerstand. My notes from the soul are for my healing too...Instead of journaling in a book and having it do nothing for me...I decide to share it...Hoping it can help someone going through all the bullshit right now too and in need of a perspective from a girl who has had a very tragic life of trauma and an even worse outcome, time and time again.
