What's on your mind today, VK? I am thinking about balance. About raising my vibration, keeping my connection to the angels around us. It is not easy today as I get bogged down with information/disinformation. I am battling impatience. But i know we are already so blessed. See-sawing!

I Meditate in the bath with dead sea salt, sometimes seaweed and lavender. A play a certain kind of soothing hertz music that is all Handmade instrument, no vocals, no electronics;Except the device I play it on. I hope that helps. I actually get amazing meditations and it calms my soul.
