The easy answer is 'sort of.'
Frustration is high, so is anxiety and other feeling, but not anger, or not in the way that a majority 'rise up' - even if it's a small group that turns into a majority.
Is a tipping point approaching, maybe but I don't see it, or at least not any point soon. While we may say it's 'this' or 'that' and they are valid -to a point- a tipping point, idea, or actual leader who has visually stepped up for all to see has not occurred.
