I was able to find an explanation listed here:
Letter from Senators Grassley and Johnson to the head of US Secret Service requesting official travel records of Hunter Biden aboard Air Force 2 to Ukraine and China to conduct personal business 3 committees are investigating. Docs have to be produced by the 19th, and the Senate is not bound by any restrictions when it comes to handling the unclassified information received. Can anyone say DECLASS.
