To actually become a true Sovereign, one has to, with the authority of their own multidimensional omnipotent Spirit, clear/void/undo/remove all agreements/oaths/vows/contracts etc. on them. This is a bit of a Shamanic process, but frees one on every level and gives you a clean slate to see/explore realities/observe with awareness.
