Ivermectin dosing listed in literature and in use by us
For river blindness and worms: 0.15 to 0.2 mg per kg taken as a single dose
For covid: 0.2 mg per kg once daily for 3 to 5 days.
Frontline docs for covid: 0.4 mg per kg
For prevention: 0.2 mg per kg two times a week
For prevention for Indian health workers: 0.3 mg per kg once every 72 hours
For cancer: some studies didn't mention dose. One said 2 mg. Per kg but didn't mention frequency.
Caution
For inflammation: also 2 mg per kg. Caution
A friend says when not sick she takes 18 mg twice daily. For active infection right now she takes 24 mg twice daily.
Another friend has been taking 15 mg twice weekly for prevention but plans to increase to 0.4 mg per kg or 30 mg as frontline docs recommend. Then drop to maintenance dose
2 more, with 1 increasing the dose... both take 1/2 inch of paste (6 mg) yesterday; increased to one inch 12 mg once daily.
