Tartaria & History Channel
People and communities have been using wells to obtain water for thousands of years. They would raise the water out by pump or bucket. Primary Water with underground streams are everywhere.
Wells have a long tradition with folklore. Wishing wells and healing wells were quite popular. Depending on your ailment you would choose which healing well to drink from. I know in Ireland some wells are very famous for healing as spells were cast over some to help people in need.
Eventually, the State or Government convince people to abandon wells and connect to the mains. Does this make it easier to poison us? Imagine the trouble the government would have to go to if they had to get to each well and dump fluoride in. That's a lot of effort. What do you guys think?
