Giving her nice big meals and cooking for her. She seems happy and thankful for that. They certainly teach us all aspects of life.

I know it can feel helpless but giving her the most love and affection you can in her final time will let her enjoy it fully and help ease any pain. After 3 weeks of thinking our third musketeer was poisoned we found out he had a large tumor on a main artery and had to put him down April of 2020. In his final moments as I was singing a song I would sing to him at bedtime(I know, I know, we have no kids so yes, I’m “one of those”) my husband said “Do you” which was something we’d say when going in the car(he looovvved the car!). His ears perked up and that was it. I like to think he was filled with joy in his last few moments and when his spirit went wherever it went, he knew how much he was loved. I'm glad your dog is feeling ok.
When my dog almost died last year I did lots of research & found a raw food detox diet that did wonders for his recovery. Raw chicken livers & hearts, and threw some bone broth, pumpkin and Himalayan sea salt, spinach, and some herbs, etc. I also ordered CBD oil from PranaPets online. I'm absolutely sure he would've passed by now without these things.
