Well, this reminds me of 2001: Space Odyssey, HAL aka AI which came out in 1968. This seemingly kind computer, full of authentic human emotions — who later turns out to be capable of cold, dispassionate murder. HAL develops "human" feelings, traits & can read lips. Stanley Kubrick gave a quote saying, "In the specific case of HAL, he had an acute emotional crisis because he could not accept evidence of his own fallibility.... Most advanced computer theorists believe that once you have a computer which is more intelligent than man and capable of learning by experience, it's inevitable that it will develop an equivalent range of emotional reactions — fear, love, hate, envy, etc. Such a machine could eventually become as incomprehensible as a human being, and could, of course, have a nervous breakdown — as HAL did in the film."

technology is advancing at an incredible warp speed, pardon the pun, since the 60’s. We went from the radio, to rotary phones, to pagers, tape recorders, VCR’s, DVD’s, CD’s, fax machines, cable tv, satellite tv, cell phones which r becoming faster & faster, computers, internet, high speed internet, computer watches, flat screen tv’s, internet tv, digital refrigerators/stoves/microwaves, everything digital in autos with chips, etc….all in the span of 50 years & now AI (still artificial to me) but….it will either b a great thing or it could go sideways

It is truly amazing how true that warp speed statement is turning out to be, @patriot63 , and firmly of the belief that every good and perfect gift we are given is shortly (or at times originally) meant for evil and will be at the very least, attempted to be used as such.
The battle is real, but God already won by offering us His Son, and the methodology by which to take dominion over the evil one(s).
[They] have ZERO power over us when we speak His Word and utter His Name.
We are simply watching the movie play out in His infinite mercy and final call to all who will hear what the Spirit of our Lord is saying, imho.
Looking for a video that explains the Ages better than I've ever seen, but until I can find it, this is a good start:
