After reading some of the JFK files, I believe the real motive for 9/11 was to destroy a massive amount of incriminating evidence; Bldg 7 was the target, and the Twin Towers were the distraction. The heist and the war were the bonus. Docs were stored there before going to NARA.

James Wilcott, CIA finance clerk, said Oswald was hired by the CIA. In the attached memo, the existence of Oswald payment records was discredited, unless they were in EA files stored at the WTC. Wilcott was investigated for communist association prior to resignation in '66 and his file later described him as a less than stellar employee. Smear campaign? There is also a memo from '78 that they feared Wilcott would go public with his information. His story made me wonder what else was stored/hidden at the WTC in 2001. Bush & DS had much to gain and lots to lose.
