Following the last reset approximately 200 years ago, it was hoped that the inhabitants of this realm would be more docile and easier to control. But it soon became apparent that the goy were too talented, creative and energetic for comfort. There needed to be some way to handicap them, which explains the reasoning behind toxic substances like fluoride and mercury being put in drinking water and dental fillings.
