I listened to a few this past weekend so I don't remember exactly which one it was but he talks about "speaking to your cells". This is fairly new to me. I am old school and had a difficult time embracing this teaching. Kryon/Lee Carroll resonated so beautifully for me .. the walls are gently coming down. I was listening to some of the most recent ones. In this one (I believe) he even addresses the common cold and how that is a recalibration of our biological bodies. Truly fascinating stuff!
