Child sex is the rope that ties them to each other - the secret that they all fear being revealed.
So, those that gave them the children, now threaten them with exposure, or, for the worst, theaten to deny them their drug, if they do not do their bidding.
Evil owns people like this at every level of government, corportation, millitary, legal, and education.... they intentionally place them in positions of power, then direct them (whether they are willing or not).
It is a shame we cannot shine a black light on every one of them, and identify the tainted easily and quickly...
