15 year old Ethiopian Abushi Kamal has been convicted of the rape and attempted murder of a 9 year old girl in July this year.

He cannot be deported, and he cannot be receive a prison sentence because he is under 18 years of age.

You would hope the new Swedish government will address this and change liberal laws that allow this sort of crime to go unpunished.
