to certification so she orchestrated the Fake Insurrection,
to SHAME GOP into allowing the certification to happen.
Her daughters docu-drama has a clip where she's on the
phone, doing a headcount on how many GOPers were still
planning to object.
🔥 HOWEVER > An official complaint was made by Biggs &
2nd by Cruz, to Pence. BY LAW... he should have 'Suspended
the Certification' for 10 Days, for an investigation.

I don’t think most understand the significance of the case for the SCOTUS.
This case is both an opportunity and a trap for the SCOTUS, because it is a complaint that the Vice President (Pence), the Speaker of the House and Congress failed to do their constitutional duty and suspend certification of the 2020 election for 10 days while the legitimate complaint about the election was investigated.
The SCOTUS has two options - 1. Rule in favour of the complaint, which means everyone in Congress must be arrested, the 2020 election decertified and a new election called OR 2. Refuse to rule (or rule against) the legitimate complaint and make themselves complicit in the House’s violation of their duty to uphold the Constitution; this should trigger the Military to step in (martial law).
Some believe the SCOTUS made their ruling back in 2021 and that the 2020 election was overturned and we are seeing a delayed reveal of the decision. Either way, 2022 mid-term results would be moot.
