I fall asleep instantly and it seems that it is instantly time to awaken. No dreams. And I have been waking up at 6:45 am regardless of what time I go to bed. Sometimes I feel like I have so much energy that I'm going to bust and then other times drained of all energy. I have had a dull ache in my bones and my hair hurts.
