See 2nd image Appendix C, which sets circuit breakers for Gold & Silver, Gold at $100, $200, $300, & $400... Silver at $3, $6, $9, & $12... meaning if (WHEN) the price moves that much all market trading is halted for 15 minutes, then resumes, & the 2nd circuit breaker is effective.

Collectively, Gold could move $1,000 per day tripping all 4 circuit breakers, and silver $30 per day. Silver futures price is about $19 right now.

It has long been speculated that the Comex would not have implemented this rule if they didn't think (KNOW) it would happen at some point.
