Don’t notice any difference in how I feel! No side effects, except for what Dirt said! 😂🤣 That last for about 2 days after!
Also doing HCQ 1 day a week, Quecertin, zinc, C, and D3!
24 hr. fast to start! to see how I do! I know results don't start till day 2 but I need to try this first! when I was in hospital for surgery, didn’t eat solids for 3 days, but had liquids! Taking it easy to start! I did lose about 15 lbs. through the 2 surgeries though! Love you and wishing you the best! I first learned about animal ivermectin and how to take on “Cowboy Logic” on RAV! A Dr. on show instructed how on the Host Don drank it on air!

And wow! 15 pounds & liquids only for days 🙏 God Bless You 🙏 I would defintely recommend the 24 hour fast... & 1 Doctor said You can work Your way up to longer fasting is You want... for me, Yes the weight loss, but also, there are so many benefits for fasting. I would just see how you feel, I mean, at one point I was feeling faint at the 52 hour mark... so take it easy 🙏 & Be safe 💖 I think I am going to add the 24-72 hour fasting at least 1 time a month. Now I am continuing on the 16:8 method & go from here🙏 This is what Elon Musk does 😎
