wow-you and i are on the same wavelength! i'm seeing a trauma release counselor as well - and i have been dropping little things too here and there. this week i told her not to fear the threat of nuclear war - this was playing out to wake up humanity - bring us together - and that the chaos was the destruction of the old world - and a new world awaits us all. 😇
