FIRST CONTACT has already been made by world governments, especially US government.
👽Original contact was Roswell and the following trades/treaties between Zeta/Greys and the nacent Dark US Military. (MIL got advanced technology [transistors, cloning, zero grav] and they got US CITIZENS' DNA to create a hybrid Grey/Human since they were at DNA dead-end from cloning.)

The GF has been advising leaders to an end to the enslavement of Humanity, but mostly this advice has been ignored.
