Moscow said Wednesday it was ready to quickly supply gas to Europe through an undamaged section of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline between Russia and Germany, after recent leaks heightened geopolitical tensions.
“If the necessary legal decisions are made by European colleagues regarding [Nord Stream 2’s] certification … I think Russia in a short period of time could provide appropriate supplies through this gas pipeline,” Russian deputy prime minister Alexander Novak said on state television.

Patriots would never let an entire continent freeze to death this winter by actually blowing it up.
But the fake sabotage likely got the intended psychological effect:
1 - US (Bidan) sabotages Europe and will help end USD as reserve currency as sentiment moves against US
2 - Higher energy prices for longer keeps inflation narrative going so we can keep interest rate elevated in order to wring out excess liquidity from global markets/economy and lower asset prices (this is why I am "The Deflationist").
3 - Pushes Europeans to look elsewhere for energy in order to get them to adopt fusion/fission or whatever Patriots have planned.
I am sure there are lots more elements but those were the ones that stuck out to me.
Perception is reality....and that's why The Plan is so effective.
You don't need things to actually happen to affect behavior.
I mean, people actually thought there was a pandemic. It's really fascinating and amazing what you guys are doing.
