Here are my thoughts on Meloni, as we remember that most of the “White Hats” who are executing “The Plan” were once members of the very Cabal they are now fighting.

WhiteHat was a term invented by CNN

BlackHats traditionally were never good or bad, that depended on their personality and actions

BlackHat referred to someone who was a Network Specialist and stared at IP's on a black screen all day
RedHat referred to someone who was a programmer and stared at program code all day long (Red being the border color of Borland C)

And how did CNN define that term? An important question to be answered. If what you are saying is correct, then perhaps blackhats and whitehats may not necessarily be the best terminologies to be used in defining the good and evil.

But if we are to place anyone in the whitehat or blackhat category, it must be based on their actions, what philosophy they adhere to, what manner of virtues are guiding the course of their lives, and influencing their decisions.

I know that anons have always deemed the whitehats as being anti-globalist and blackhats as being globalist to simply put it, but as for where I stand in regards to figures such as Putin and Xi, I would place them in the redhat category because though they may not necessarily be aligned with the N.W.O., I am not ready to necessarily call them our allies either until I come across credible information that may persuade me otherwise.

They first defined WhiteHat in reference to Julian Assange and crew with wiki-leaks implying the good guys

Years later, they were repeating over and over again, the term when talking about the bad guys in Syria, the ones who actually wore White Hats

So, imo, yes, not good terms

But also I see the point in using it to describe those who are on the right side of the plan or the wrong side, not necessarily good or evil, like one of those country's you mention
